Character Education

Aspects of the character that needs to be embedded in children is KAS (Knowledge, Attitude, and Skill). Character education can be achieved with two models:

1. Sterilization
   Sterilization can be done by removing the child from the reality and give restrictions to the child not to do something bad.
2. Immunization
   Immunization can be done by taking children on reality and give an understanding to the children about the consequences

After you choose a model that you apply, there are 5 methods to shape the character of the child, that is:

1. Curiousity
   Inflicted a child's curiosity to see the environment and to encourage them to think.
2.  Share
   Encourage children to discuss and ask the child if he is in a situation such as the actor sees.
3.  Planning
   Encourage the child to develop a plan of work to be done.
4.  Action
   Encourage the child to make a plan that had been developed. Teach children the skills that support the characters. Ask your child to do it consistently.
5.  Reflection
   Encourage the child to evaluate about the things that have been done, and give examples of good deeds.
